Much has been researched on CSR and its meaning. This also applies to the purchasing function and its work. However, not much research has been done on the practical application of CSR and its problems and opportunities. The purpose of this report is to analyze how these issues and opportunities appear in relation to actors as well as stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers. The report is based on previous theories, among which journal articles have been used and on the other hand has been based on own researches, which the authors have done in six Swedish firms.
