V této bakalářské práci se věnuji 3D biotisku v tkáňovém inženýrství a rozebírám používané materiály a technologie, které lze pro 3D biotisk využít. V práci je také obsažena diskuze vybavení pro 3D biotisk a současné výzvy 3D biotisku metodou extruze.
