Employee performance is one of the important things companies need to consider in order to compete globally. Many things that affect employee performance include factors that come from inside individual employees such as motivation and locus of control. In addition, the theory of personality states that the level of religiosity becomes an integral part of a person's identity, including the work ethic. The subjects of this study are employees of the bank Syariah Mandiri who are all Muslims.
