The use of specific tools to quantify the sustainability of products and services is essential in order to develop human activities that are profitable for both society and the environment. To this purpose, Life Cycle Sustainability Analysis (LCSA) is being developed as a holistic tool to evaluate environmental, economic and social impacts of one product or service throughout their full life cycle.
