Introduction: Meningomyelocele is a birth defect caused by incomplete closing of neural tube. It is the heaviest and the most complicated defect from the spinal bifida defects. After giving birth to the child, some other disordes are also diagnosed, for example defects in the brain like the Arnold and Chiarie syndrome, other nervous system defects, lower limbs defects, urinary system defects, heart and blood vessels defect, digestive system defects.
