BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The family history of breast and prostatism cancer is a risk factor for prostate cancer. Considering the common pathogens for prostate and breast cancers, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the patient's prostate cancer and their first and second-class relatives with the history of breast cancer. METHODS: This case-control study was conducted on 300 patients who underwent biopsy in Shahid Beheshti hospital due to prostate enlargement.
