The System for Managing Enterprise Operational Efficiency

Based on the generalization and development of modern approaches to managing efficiency of operational activities, its main essential characteristics are defined. The author’s vision of managing operational efficiency based on the system approach is substantiated; the main elements of the system for managing operational efficiency, management tools that can be involved in this process are described. The structural and logical sequence of the stages of managing operational efficiency and their brief characteristics are presented. The research was carried out using the methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization.
