AIM: To analyze the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of patients with diabetic macular edema(DME). <p>METHODS: Totally 73 patients(80 eyes)with type 2 diabetes and DME were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016, according to different treatment methods, and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation, and the treatment group were treated with intravitreal injection combined with laser photocoagulation. We observed the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), retinal thickness and complications during the operation before treatment and 3mo after treatment....
