LITERATURA COMPARADA: OS DESDOBRAMENTOS DA TEMÁTICA POLICIAL NAS NARRATIVAS JUVENIS BRASILEIRA E PORTUGUESA

Brazilian literature for teenagers from the latest decades, being a subsystem different from the one for children, has displayed different themes and forms, including revitalization of classic genres such as detective novels, establishing a closer relationship between young readers and the mentioned production. From this perspective, this study is intended to analyze, with the support of the comparative studies, the possible points of contact between the contemporaneous Brazilian juvenile literature and its Portuguese aspect, which have reaped of typical elements of police narrative. In addition, the choice of the theme has been the attempt to establish not only a relation between the productions of both countries, but also, to observe what transcends the literary element, to include motivations of cultural and social events, from the comparison between the contemporaneous Brazilian and Portuguese juvenile narratives, which serve as corpus analysis
