INDIVIDUAL COMPETENCIES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT 2.0 IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AREA

This article presents the individual competencies in the project management (PM) 2.0 paradigm in the area of Information Technology (IT). An exploratory and qualitative research was conducted, with an exploratory focus group and a set of interviews with IT professionals. Ninety-four 94 skills were collected, grouped into four different types of skills: personal, communication, technical and business, and interpersonal skills. All of these skills raised in the focus group and in the interviews were discussed in the light of the literature. Although competencies of PM 2.0 listed in this work are similar to the traditional PM approach, a change is observed to meet the 2.0 environment, that is, a "new dressing" of the competences. It is also observed in this set of competencies, which despite practically the same nomenclature, end up behaving differently due to the adequacy and appropriation of Web 2.0 for GP
