A clinical efficacy analysis of combined post-thrombotic retinopathy treatment using dexamethason intravitreal implant “Ozurdex” and retinal photocoagulation is presented. The medication promotes macular edema resorption and allows increasing visual acuity for a long period of time. Photocoagulation prevents complications, promotes edema and hemorrhage resorption. Visual acuity dynamics may be influenced by such factors as disease duration, lesion area, occlusion localization. The use of dexamethason intravitreal implant in combination with photocoagulation gives new options in treatment of patients with retinal vein occlusion
