CONSCIOUS GOAL SETTING AS A KEY COMPETENCE IN THE STUDENTS` REFLECTION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

The article demonstrates the phenomenon of students` reflection of educational activity and goal setting as its key competence. Especially important is the reflective activity in the system of helping professions in the activity of a subject: it helps to understand and comprehend the content of the activity of other people, has a significant impact on the process of rendering help. The efficiency of the process of reflective self-management is impossible without the most important reflective skill: conscious goal setting. The article gives the results of the evaluation of students` reflective activity. Students have more difficulties with the following: awareness and ability to formulate goals; ability to highlight and formulate the key criteria of evaluation and questions on the content of the activity; ability to highlight steps to achieve the goals and criteria of their effectiveness.
