HARMONISASI PENGATURAN PENDAMPINGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK YANG MENJADI KORBAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL DI TINGKAT KEPOLISIAN

This research entitled legal assistance to children who become victims of sexual violence at the police level. This study aims to determine whether or not the harmonization of regulations regarding legal assistance to children who become victims of sexual violence. The type of research conducted is normative research, which focuses on positive legal norms in the form of laws and regulations with data collection methods in the form of literature study and interview. The research was conducted at the Police Resort of Yogyakarta City and Rekso Dyah Utami.
