PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN PERALIHAN HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH KARENA JUAL BELI UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN TERTIB ADMINISTRASI DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA

The Title of this Undergraduate thesis is the Implementation of registration the property rights to the land transition of selling and buying for orderly administration in the city of Yogyakarta. This study aims to examine how the implementation of the property rights to land transition off Selling and Buying and Buying and whether the implementation of registration of the property rights to land transition due of selling and Buying is accordance to the administrative order. This thesis uses empirical method where the main focus of this research is social fact in to the land transition of selling and Buying in the city of Yogyakarta is accordance to the government regulation number 24 of 1997 article 37 section concern registration of land. Other result indicates that the implementation of registration of land in the city of Yogyakarta has not been accordance orderly administration based on article 3 letter c of government regulation number 24 of 1997 concern registration of land
