This business interruption can not stand by itself, it always follows the other policy that become its main policy, by claim threatening that its by man can be rejected. The safest legal form for insured is the separated policy, the real business interruption insurance has its standard policy.Beside, by separated policy there is freedom to gave formulation of clauses in insurance contract more exactly and completely, the rights and obligation of the parties can be discribed through schedule, specification, definitions, condition, and memorandum the policy in practise has increased into “bestending gebruikelijke bedingen” as included in Art. 1347 BW
