Much of the literature has focused on examining "rules" for expressing emotions at work and the construct of job satisfaction. The current study focused on exploring the relationship between the expression of anger, gender of the expresser, gender of the observer, and power position of both the expresser and observer and evaluations made of the expresser on both work and personal variables.
