Female quail spent layers are mostly been chosen for quail carcass production in Indonesia. This research was conduced to observe female Japanese Quail spent layer carcass production. Fourty two female Japanese Quail spent layer live weight + 138,00 g (14 % sample of 300) was slaughtered and processed at 30 week of age. Result shows that carcass and carcass yield persentage are 95,83 + 8,62 g and 69,53 + 3,41 % each. It was concluded that Female Japanese Quail Spent Layer had a good carcass production and proportion
