PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DISCLOSURE DAN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PASAR SAHAM PERUSAHAAN

This research investigates effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and corporate governance which is foreign ownership, government ownership, board size and independent commissioners on market value of the firm. This study used secondary data from financial statements of manufacturing firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2016. The sampling method in this research uses purposive sampling. This study uses least square dummy variable (LSDV) to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and government ownership significant on market value of the firm (Tobins’Q). Board size and independent commissioners board have no significant on market value of firm (Tobins’Q)
