La tesis aborda el estudio de dos conceptos diversos de imputación utilizados por el Derecho penal. El primero de ellos, "el concepto amplio de imputación", abarca no solo la atribución del hecho al autor, sino también la atribución del mismo como culpable. Para el segundo de los conceptos, la imputación es un conjunto de criterios normativos tendientes a determinar los resultados imputables al autor.
