After a stroke, most of the patients do not get back the features of their paresis upper limb. However, the “mirror therapy” seems to be more used these days. The goal of this study is to show the benefits of this therapy and to describe how the process works for most of the patients. Based on the TM literature and clinical application, we can describe this protocol. Some notions like addition of resistance or analytical exercises seems to be disputable. We could use this protocol in peripheral neurology.
