There is often pain and mobility restriction after reeducation of ankle sprain. Specific methods of passive mobilization with or without speed are used to correct these problem. The aim of this study was to know the potential speed’s effect impact on the treatment. A corrective technique with or without speed was tested on five or six patients respectively. The results show that the mobilization with speed seems to have been more effective particularly on the perception of the patient. However, several biases were identified in the method particularly in the sample.
