The Analysis of the Employee Educational System in a Selected Organization

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the current system of education of employees in a selected organization and give several suggestions on changes that can be made. The chosen organization is Labour Office located in Jindřichův Hradec.The analysis is based on a personal interview with director of this organisation and on employee questionnaire results. The thesis suggests possible changes for an better system of education
