This bachelor thesis is focused on the immune system and the factors that affect its function. These factors and agents are then divided into the ones positively or negatively influencing our immune system. This paper provides a list of the most effective natural and pharmaceutical resources. Each chapter discusses how a given resource or activity affects our immunity, pertinently what impact it has when our immune system lacks one of these.
