This work presents, a process to compute the required size of thestand-alone solar photovoltaic generator based water pumping systemfor an existing area. In addition solar photovoltaic generator isconnecting voltage source inverter fed vector controlled inductionmotor-pump system. Perturb and observe are used for harvestingmaximum power of PV generator in between buck-boost DC converterand inverter system.
