International audienceIn this paper we focus on the replanning process of a single project which uses unitary, undivisible resources that are considered critical. Because of other projects or other companies, those ressources are booked on several time-windows. From an inital problem definition, at the beginning of the project, the planning work essentially consists in updating the problem definition itself, during all of the project life, when unfeasibility arises due to disturbances.
