AbstractAmong public goods, public buldings occupy a significant place. They have the distinction of being shaped as a result of public work. As such, the impacts of their development on the environment must be identified with pragmatism in order to achieve a considerable control of the damage they generate. The study that we proposed to conduct has, of course, noted that the impacts of public building can be felt on the ecological elements and on the living environment of the populations.
