El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el estudio de la eficiencia de compuestos micro y/o nanoestructurados e inteligentes, libres de cromo hexavalente y con bajo contenido de fosfato de cinc (PZ), para la protección anticorrosiva de metales zinc (Del Amo et al., 2007). Se buscan tratamientos alternativos que permitan disminuir el contenido de fosfatos de la formulación de pinturas anticorrosivas. Para desarrollar los pigmentos anticorrosivos se partió de zeolitas naturales que se obtuvieron por molienda de las respectivas micropartículas.
