Objective: To evaluate the clinicopathologic characteristics, treatment methods, survival, and prognosis of uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS). Materials and Methods: All patients with ULMS who were treated between January 1998 and October 2012 were retrospectively reviewed. A total of 37 women who met the inclusion criteria were included in the present study. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to identify the risk factors for overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS).
