The article analyzes the provisions of the current legislation to ensure implementation of the constitutional rights of children to health protection and medical care. Consider obtaining from the relevant patients, or their legal representatives informed voluntary consent to medical intervention. In addition, she discusses modern legal mechanisms aimed at ensuring the safety of other children in the society which can be of individuals who refuse medical intervention, and to protect, in this case, the rights and legitimate interests of children from unnecessary decisions and actions of their legal representatives.
