LEGAL AND POLITICAL REGULATION AS A CONDITION FOR TERRITORIAL AUTONOMY

The article analyzes the legal and political regulation in the conditions of territorial autonomy in the implementation of legal rights in determining how their own economic and cultural development. The necessity of giving groups legal personality, including damages, restitution and compensation for damage caused by the culture and identity of such groups. The authors defined the duty of every nation to strictly ensure that its government has consistently acted in the spirit of the core principles of the UN Charter, the Constitution and does not jeopardize the peace and security of other Nations
