SOME ISSUES OF CREATION LEGISLATION`S SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF CRIMEA ON SOCIAL PROTECTION

The article deals with the problem of creating legislation of social protection of the Republic of Crimea population. This legislation was formed in the conditions of integration of the Republic of Crimea in the economic, financial, legal system, and the system of state authorities of the Russian Federation, and summed up the first practical experience of its application. The main content of the research is the analysis of features of legal regulation of relations on granting additional measures of social protection the citizens, whose social rights are integrated into the system of social protection of the Russian Federation, as well as social protection measures established on February 21, 2014, but which cannot be integrated into it. Author are based on many years of leadership experience in the bodies of social security and offers solutions to the problems that will be interested to practitioners
