Aim: To assess the changes in balance and coordination in older adults based on use of gymnic balls and balance pad. Goals: 1. To assess participant’s balance and coordination before using different physiotherapy equipments; 2. To assess participant’s balance and coordination after exercises with gymnic ball. 3. To assess participant’s balance and coordination after exercises with balance pad. 4. To assess which one of the different physiotherapy equipment is better to improve balance and coordination. Methodology: 14 elderly people took part in the research. They were divided into two groups in random order. One group have been doing exercises with gymnic balls, another with balance pad.
