Background: Migraine is a neurological disease which increases cardiovascular risk. Aerobic exercise training beneficially affects cardiovascular risk factors. Retinal vessel analysis enables pre-clinical cardiovascular risk screening. Impaired cardiovascular functioning can be improved by exercise training.
