Analisis Kesalahan Berbahasa dalam Tugas Pembuatan Surat Niaga Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Administrasi Perkantoran

A good letter is a letter that can convey the message of the author. In order to be able to convey the message, the letter must meet the rules of making the letter. The rules of which are the rules of using the Indonesian language is good and true. If the letter is not delivered in a good and correct language, what can happen is an error in interpreting the message or even the message itself is not conveyed. This paper tries to analyze the errors of language in commercial letters made by students of Management Studies Program Administration ASM Bina Insani. In general from the research that has been done, it appears that in these letters there is still a misuse of the rules of the Indonesian language. Such mistakes are in the use of effective sentences and the use of spelling which includes the use or writing of capital letters, word writing, the writing of absorption elements, and the use of punctuation.
