: The background of this research is the traditional dance art of Radat Koko Dance is now rarely showed to public even. Besides lack of authentic documentation in written form, and the lack of dance movement structure writing by the previous artists. The method of this research is analysis descriptive in qualitative form. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that there is a arranged in one dance movement structure which is consist of motive, phrase, sentence and cluster. There are five clusters, melambaikan tangan, menumbok paha, napak lantai, pasang kaki kuda and silat.
