Fetal omphalocele is a congenital defect of the abdominal wall that allows some of the abdominal organs to protrude through it. It might be associated with chromosomal abnormalities and fetal anomalies. Two dimension (2D) ultrasound is the main diagnosis method. 3D ultrasound can make the diagnosis easier. In this case report we present an omphalocele diagnosed with ultrasound prenatally. We discuss the role of 2D and 3D ultrasound while diagnosing omphalocele prenatally
