Adrenal myelolipoma :Incidentally discovered mass

Myelolipoma is an uncommon, lipomatous tumor most commonly found in adrenal gland, though rare extra-adrenal presentations have also been documented. When associated with adrenal glands; this tumor is generally benign, non-secreting, asymptomatic and usually discovered incidentally on imaging carried out for various non-adrenal symptoms. Histopathologically these tumors show mature adipocytes along with haematopoietic cells. We review a case of adrenal mass in an elderly male patient presenting with right flank pain. Tumor was excised due to its huge dimensions and histopathology of adrenelectomy specimen confirmed myelolipoma
