The effects of hydrogen peroxide addition and Argon injection on electrical and spectral characteristics of underwater capillary discharge were investigated. The flowing water discharge was created in a quartz tube (Φ = 4mm outer; Φ = 2mm inner; thickness 1mm) by applying high frequency (25 kHz) alternating current voltage (0-15kV) across the tungsten electrodes (Φ=0.5mm), in pin-pin electrode configuration, separated by a gap distance of 10 mm.
