O ácido micofenólico (AMF) é um fármaco imunosupressor amplamente utilizado em transplantes renais. O monitoramento terapêutico de AMF é recomendado para melhorar os resultados clínicos e reduzir os efeitos adversos. Foi desenvolvido um método para determinação de AMF em plasma por CLAE empregando fase móvel composta de tampão fosfato pH 2,3 e acetonitrila (50:50, v/v) e coluna C8 (250 x 4,0 mm) após uma etapa simples de precipitação de proteínas com acetonitrila. A curva de calibra- ção (y = 0,1515x-0,0067) apresentou linearidade adequada com r2 = 0,9999.
