Objective: Recently, adnexal masses has seen more often with using of routine prenatal ultrasonography during pregnancy. We reported our clinical and pathological results about adnexal masses. Design: Retrospective study. Setting: Obstetric and Gynecology Department, Mersin University Faculty of Medicine. Patients: Persistent adnexal mass who were diagnosed at 1st trimester of 31 cases. Interventions: Laparatomy for 2nd trimester or term. Main outcome measures: Demographic, clinical data and postoperative histopathologic diagnosis.
