The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that affect higher education student satisfaction and future employment and their use of career and other support services while attending an institution. The descriptive results of this study suggest that while student satisfaction may be relatively similar for all academic programs, students utilize career and other support services very little. Most notably, the results also indicate students’ expectations for employment was not related to their experience issuing these services. On the contrary, they were mostly satisfied with their academic and personal development.
