We assessed associations between brain β-amyloidosis and various cognitive and neuroimaging parameters with progression of cognitive decline in individuals with preclinical Alzheimer's disease.The INSIGHT-preAD is an ongoing single-centre observational study at the Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris, France.
