Field Work Investigation Research on the Seismic Damage Prediction of Building Structures XVI - Investigation for Yatomi city -

There has been no end to earthquakes and other natural disasters in Japan. There is a high probability of the occurrence of large-scale earthquakes in the near future, including impending possibilities of a Nankai Trough Earthquake and Chubu and Kinki Region Inland Earthquakes. This study describes a fieldwork investigation into predicting seismic damage to buildings in Yatomi city, Aichi Prefecture. The results of this research were analyzed in the same manner as described in the last report. Six earthquake estimations Tokai, Tonankai, Nobi, Gifu-Ichinomiya, Sanage and Adera were carried out and the damage prediction figures are shown.
