Abstract

The main aim of the study was to establish the factors affecting the adoption of HRIS in Public Organisations in Kenya. The objectives of the research were to investigate how: Employee training, Management support, finances, Change management and Management support affect the adoption of HRIS in public organizations, with specific reference to Kakamega County.
