This work deals with the electrocardiograph amplifiers and wireless transmission of ECG signal. The first part describes the development and course of an electrical signal to the heart. Analyze here the construction of the heart and cardiac conduction system. The second part shows zbůsob sensing the ECG signal. The third part deals with the amplifier. Gradually, we discuss it in all parts of the amplifier, calculate the value of parts and gives reasons for their choice. The end of the work deals with wireless transmission of ECG signal. Describe the methods used here and looking for their advantages and disadvantages
