VIKOR Based MAGDM strategy under Bipolar Neutrosophic Set Environment

In this paper, we extend the VIKOR (VIsekriterijumska optimizacija i KOmpromisno Resenje) strategy to multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) with bipolar neutrosophic set environment.
