The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of warm-up on the anaerobic power, agility, speed, flexibility and fatigue index elite female volleyball players. To this end, 20 of the volleyball players aged 18 to 30 years and at least 5 years of experience in the sport voluntarily participated in this study. Each of the warm-up method consists of three sessions per week for a week and then test. Warm-up exercise includes warm-up routine, vibration, and a combination of both.
