IPCSaYP AS THE LEADER OF EDUCATION IN THE SPHERE PHYSICAL CULTURE, SPORT AND YOUTH POLITICIANS IN THE URALS

Article contains data of the retrospective analysis of formation of the largest higher educational institution on Central Ural Mountains which is carrying out training for the sphere of physical culture and sport. The con-secutive transformations which allowed to reorganize department of tech-nical college into the modern institute realizing three-level training of stu-dents (a bachelor degree, a magistracy, a postgraduate study) are consid-ered. Activity of Institute of physical culture, sport and youth policy in the conditions of new calls of the educational environment is systemically ana-lysed.Статья содержит данные ретроспективного анализа становления крупнейшего на Среднем Урале высшего учебного заведения, осуществляющего подготовку кадров для сферы физической культуры и спорта.
