Background: Vaccination is an effective public health intervention for reducing childhood morbidity and mortality. It becomes more effective if the child receives the full course of the recommended doses. In Ethiopia, many children fail to complete the full course, and there is a consensus on the low coverage of complete vaccination; however, factors relating to the problem have not been largely explored by community based studies. The problem still persists posing a challenge to the health care delivery system. Therefore, this study assessed the predictors of incomplete childhood vaccination among children aged 12-23 months.
