Identification of the bearer: Gaetanus de Angelis, catholic archbishop of Athens (1895-1900)Historical Notice: This particular coat-of-arms is posed on the wall of the Catholic Archdiocese in the citadel of Naxos. It belongs to the Italian cleric Gaetano Maria de Angelis, catholic archbishop of Athens and administrator of Naxos (1895-1900) and it bears an archbishop's ecclesiastical hat with ten tassels on each side arranged in four rows.
